Every Tote Needs a Job
It’s easy to measure growth by how many totes we own.
But a tote sitting in the garage isn’t a business. It’s inventory waiting for a job.
What if, instead of asking “How many totes do I own?”, we started asking:
“What job does every tote I own have?”
A tote with a job is out on a move — generating revenue, serving a customer, earning its keep. A tote without one is just plastic on a shelf.
